युवाओं को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए कई तरह के प्रयास किए जाएंगे।

शहरी क्षेत्रों से लेकर आदिवासी क्षेत्रों तक कई प्रगतिशील योजनाएं बनाई गई है जिसे बहुत ही जल्द जमीन पर उतारा जाएगा । भारत विकास आयोग के अंतर्गत समाज के सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए स्किल डेवलपमेंट से लेकर अनुसंधान और ज्ञानोदय के लिए नवीनतम सुविधाएं प्रदान करने की कवायत जल्द ही शुरू की जाएगी तथा आयोग  की मुख्य धारणा गम्भीर विचार विमर्श अनुशासन, तार्किक निर्णय, नियमबद्धता और वैचारिक क्रान्ति जैसे पहलुओं से जुड़ी है जिसका  हर कदम राष्ट्र  के तरक्की के लिए होगा।

अग्रलिखित उद्देश्यों को लेकर राहुल मिश्रा ने भारत विकास आयोग की स्थापना की। बहुत जल्द कोर कमिटी की बैठक कर देश भर के राज्य प्रभारियों की सूचि भी जारी की जाएगी। वर्तमान में कोर कमिटी में अमित मिश्रा,सुजीत ठाकुर,कमलेश वर्मा,कबीर गोस्वामी व राजहंस पांडेय को शामिल कर पूरे देश में संगठन विस्तार की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। भारत विकास आयोग को निति आयोग भारत सरकार से भी सहयोग प्राप्त है।

ब्लैक पर्ल एक क्लोथिंग ब्रांड है, जिसने अपने डिजाइनर परिधानों का प्रदर्शन फैशन रनवे ऑफ इंडिया 2024, के पहले सीजन में 23 जून को फॉर्च्यून पार्क जेपी सेलेस्टियल होटल, आईटीसी ग्रुप, बेंगलुरु कर्नाटक में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में किया। ब्लैक पर्ल क्लोथिंग ब्रांड के सीईओ मितेश उपाध्याय ने रनवे पर इंडो वेस्टर्न और एथनिक परिधानों का प्रदर्शन किया। प्रसिद्ध बॉलीवुड टीवी कलाकार और क्राइम पेट्रोल फेम प्रेरणा भट्ट और मॉडल व इन्फ्लुएंसर शिल्पी चुघ शो स्टॉपर थीं। इस रनवे को शोथीम प्रोडक्शन द्वारा क्यूरेट और मैनेज किया गया था, जबकि एसोसिएट पार्टनर ब्लैक पर्ल ए क्लोथिंग ब्रांड थे।

ब्लैक पर्ल के संस्थापक निदेशक और रनवे के सहयोगी भागीदार मितेश उपाध्याय ने कहा कि सभी डिजाइनरों ने शो में अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन किया है। रनवे के आयोजक संजीव कुमार ने बताया कि पहले सीजन में करीब 14 डिजाइनरों ने अपने ब्रांड का प्रदर्शन किया और करीब 45 महिला मॉडल्स और 20 पुरुष मॉडल्स ने अलग-अलग ब्रांड्स के डिजाइनर कपड़े पहनकर रैंप पर वॉक किया। कुछ जाने-माने डिजाइनरों में राज शर्मा राज कलेक्शन, ब्लैक पर्ल रन की ऑफिशियल डिजाइनर आरोही ढोले, फॉरएवर नवीन कुमार, गीता रामचंद्र द्वारा गीथस ग्रेविटी डिजाइनर स्टूडियो, अफरोज डिजाइनर, जय प्रकाश रेड्डी (इंडियन डिजाइन इंस्टीट्यूट, बेंगलुरु), किंग शुक बधुरिया, एनिमल ब्रांड और अन्य शामिल थे। रनवे का ग्रैंड फिनाले क्लोजिंग ब्लैक पर्ल क्लोथिंग ब्रांड द्वारा किया गया, जिसमें शो स्टॉपर के रूप में बॉलीवुड हस्तियां शामिल थीं- आशित चटर्जी ऎक्टर, प्रेरणा भट्ट अभिनेत्री और मॉडल व शिल्पी चुघ अभिनेत्री और मॉडल। शो के निर्देशक और कोरियोग्राफर मैलोन फैशन वर्ल्ड से मैलोन थे रनवे म्युज़िक डायरेक्टर मनमीत पॉल थे। प्रमोद कुमार होस्ट और एंकर थे। रनवे को भरत जी और सिया शो थीम प्रोडक्शन के डायरेक्टर्स ने मैनेज किया। ब्यूटी और मेकअप पार्टनर लक्मे अकादमी बेंगलुरु।
