Govindrao Becomes Shareholder, Brand Ambassador of App Bank of Wallet – Mart, Recharge, Bill Payment etc. services.

Bollywood actor Govindrao will play a double role as the brand ambassador and an investor for Mobile App Bank of Wallet – Mart, Recharge, Bill Payment etc. services. He will pick up more than 50% stake in the company, a company official said. Film producer and an actor Arul Raj has been produced Hindi film “SLUMDOG KARODPATI” in 2014 which lead by Govindrao as character of ‘Municipality.

Additionally, Govindrao’s NGO, Friends Foundation, too will benefit from this association. As part of the tie-up, Bank of Wallet – Mart, Recharge, Bill Payment etc. . services will make it possible to contribute a token amount to Friends Foundationevery time a transaction takes place on their Bank of Wallet Mobile App. The company will also make share holders and sale, the sale of which, again, will be contributed to the NGO.

 

Commenting on the association with Govindrao, Hanumant Mule Patil, co- founder, Bank of Wallet – Mart, Recharge, Bill Payment etc. said, “We are delighted to have Govindrao as part of the family both as a brand ambassador and shareholder. We have always wanted expand to newer mass markets and associating with Govindrao would enable us to do the same.”
