Speaking on the occasion Sangram Chougule admired the initiative and said, “Regular workout makes us physically and mentally fit. In fixed daily routine many people are neglecting the most important asset of the life i.e. their own health. Also I would like to share here that when youngster’s stars exercise they start skipping their meals and do maximum crunches, which is completely wrong because it results in enuresis and muscle loss. Because abs are made in the kitchen, you just have to control your calorie intake and give your body a balanced diet and a proper workout. “
