On 19th night: Viral Savla was arrested on 19th night, from a brokers office in Borivali. He was then brought to an office site and when Viral asked for their ID’s to be shown, Police not only refused to show their ids, they also took a hard disk of the office site, from the site, without any search warrant.

Was the hard disk taken to destroy the evidence? 

Eye witness claim that two men were present at the time of Virals unlawful arrest, who didn’t appear to even be part of the LCB office, nor were they from Maharashtra Police, as they weren’t even present by the time they reached Kolhapur.

On 20th June:

Medicals were conducted early in the morning when the DYSP, Prerna Katte, arrived. She then proceeded to shut down all the cameras of the Police Station and proceeded to beat Viral while threatening him to sign certain documents, which he denied and did not sign.

 

He was then taken to court without any medical treatment so that his wounds would not be prominent or visible.  Once he was brought back from there and just as he was about to sleep, they woke him from the cell at 1:00 am and took him to Alankare Hall with a team of Crime Officers, Police Team, SP Abhinav Deshmukh and DYSP Prerna Katte.

They then proceeded to threaten and beat him until he was forced to give in and they took signatures on Marathi documents, Viral doesn’t understand or even read Marathi.  They also threatened to have him killed, saying that if he doesn’t give a Video Clip, they would do his encounter. incident there were again no medicals done, until the next night.

Viral Savla was taken to Baramati, kept for 24 hours and then brought to Pune for Court. He was again threatened & asked to keep quite, he was instructed that if he didn’t follow, he would be taken into the Policy Custody & beaten up even more.

STORY THREE

Police say that they found gambling chits from Viral Savla when he was arrested, why then was he jailed under MCOCA?

If the crime was gambling chits being found then he should have been charged under the offence of Gambling, not MCOCA.  Gambling has a conviction of 2 years while MCOCA is for Criminals who commit serious organised crimes like Terrorism.  Viral has an absolutely clear record with no FIR or NC against him & no Past criminal records either prior to him being arrested in this particular Salim Mulla Case.

*TRUTH*

Viral Savla and his family were under constant pressure from Pankaj Gangar and his gang (Chota Shakeel and Iqbal Qaskar). After the fall out between Pankaj Gangar and Pappu Savla, he planned his revenge on the entire Savla family and framed each one of them in multiple false cases.

The police failed to take any action against him even after the family having sent audio recordings and showing the proofs of threat made towards them. There were false videos that have been made, since a year, accusing and framing Viral to be someone involved in illegal activities without any proof or evidence.  Viral Savla, he is a happy-go-lucky person and is well known amongst family and friends for his positive approach towards life.

He never thought that Pankaj Gangar would do something like this, this drastic which would bring his entire life to a standstill without having any fault of his own.   Locals have confirmed that the trio (Pankaj Gangar, Manoj Singh and Ashok Powar) were seen around the SP office many a times since April.
