Bakrid is a drama written and directed by Jagadeesan Subu, Produced by M.S. Murugraj under the banner of M10 Production. The film’s star cast includes Vikranth Santhosh, Vasundhara Kashyap Rohit Pathak and Sarah (The Camel)Bakrid’s story revolves around a camel and the bond between Vikranth and the Camel.Interestingly, this is India’s first camel based film.The camel named Sarah was brought from Rajasthan with necessary permissions.
Music for the film is by D. Imman, while cinematography is by Jagadeesan Subu.The film is said to be a unique one as the tale revolves around how the arrival of the camel changes Vikranth’s life. The actor was last seen in Sita and Theeran. The film’s director Jagadeesan Subu.
